A day out at Thanh Tan

Last Sunday, Hue Help organised a trip for two children’s shelters in Hue – the Home of Affection, at Chi Lang street – to the Than Tan Spa resort, around 30km North of Hue. We’ve carried this trip out for the past three years for the Home of Affection kids, and thanks to the support of Hilary Adamson and Tamra Ewing, we were able to bring along Chi Lang shelter also. A total of 42 children, plus staff from DoLISA, the shelters, as well as Hue Help volunteers and staff made up the group.

It was a great day out for the kids, and a warm up our Swimming for Safety program which will be up and running again this summer.
